Strong PDS is required.
Kikure doesnt have enough time to bring results. If the state has to repair the colossal damage done to its economic health Kikure started in the right direction.
Empty vessels making sound is not enough to lead a state. One empty vessel which planned having cold storages for onions has not been accepted by the people.

In layman terms:
YSR became CM in 2004-05: Bob gave Electricity board in good condition to YSR
2005-06 - 183 CR PROFIT (1800cr paid by Govt(subsity ichindhi towards free power scheme) to AP DISCOM )
2006-07 - 90 CR LOSS ((2800cr paid by Govt(subsity ichindhi towards free power scheme) to AP DISCOM )
ilaa jaruguthundagaa....
2008-09 election vachesindhi... powercut vunda kudadhu ani 10rs per unit lekka koni maree janal ki ichindhi YSR govt...
result: 8000 CR deficit to electicity board and govt have to pay this amount back to the board as it is a subsidy given by govt to people... kani govt as usual ga 3000cr ichi voorukundhi...
ippudu alaa alaa Deficit perigi perigi this year 11053 CR RUPEES ki ellindhi ... charges penchaka pothe nadiche samasye ledhu...
