NE lo 1979 is considered relatively new house. some problems you need to check: sewer/septic system. # of bathrooms will be less or small. any old house roof needs to be checked. heating/cooling systems may need replacements. carpeting may have to be replaced. usually windows will be inefficient. on the +ve side: construction will be excellent. wood floors will be great. living rooms will be charming and majestic. yards will have mature trees etc. all opinions expressed are mine and only mine. not to be attributed to the other IP address sharers, my employer, or any other human, animal, robot or alien. | ||

it depends on the maintainnence so until you see with your own eyes you can not make a sound judgement also if you are serious have it inspected and you will get a better idea abouts the structure | ||
