heard that nizampet area is little bad with traffic and bad roads....u shud be getting 2bhk for less than 20L.... I was advised not to buy apts in that area...enquire with ur frens/relatives abt the location OM kaka... I'm not a Saint. | ||

That apt is not for my living It's just for investment planning to give Rental. As long as it is good and able to rent That's what my expectation. If I need mine in future I may sell that's it. buy n apartment and register on your parents name and you can sell it easily when ever you want. no need to go to India or your signatures are required for selling an apartment if you want to sell it | ||

I got info like sale of flat in hyd Just a thought If I wann but that then Wat would be the process? Once the deal set whether it would be on My name? Even I'm not living in hyd India And how can I make sure that only I have full rights to take decision To sell or not later in future I would like that flat would be on my name As primary and I wann keep my bro As contact person.
