Goonda:weekly 3-4 days first week 1.15 mile running cheyy continous ga.. every week incread the distance by 10-15%.. and with in weeks you should be able to do 5k.. regarding speed.. ippudu speed choosukuntey..you'll get injured.. start slow and steady.. once you attain the distance you can do tempo runs to increase the speed..you should be able to complete in 30-32 minutes.. even if you don't, don't worry as trying itself is good..

Conquas:i have taken appointment with podiatry guy... didn't help me much.... there is a store near to my house... these guys are going to monitor us while we are running with some kind of technology and they use sensors etc., and using computer they are going to identify our feet issues and suggest the shoes... these guys are so busy and charge more for the shoes....

Initially I had the same problem....but volleyball aadite aa pain pothundi......temporary ga running stop chesi volleyball aadite legs muscle cramps pothayi.....you'll notice the difference.. |
