China is manipulating metals,minerals and rare earth materials for some reason.... That is the reason copper went up recently and they stopped exporting rare earth materials to Japan for so e reason... Some thing big is happening... What ever they are doing... They are doing it for some reason... Their currency manipulated... That is reason... These media guys are attacking like anything..... My opinion... I don't think there was that much excessive building in India relative to China. In China there are some ghost cities now with hundreds of thousands apts empty which is not the case in India.
