Point system: Driving over the speed limit: 1 to 10mph over―5 points 11 to 14mph over―15 points 15 to 25mph over―20 points More than 25mph over―50 points If you have not had your license suspended or revoked for the past seven years, these penalties apply: 0 to 14 points―no action 15 to 44 points―2-month suspension 45 to 74 points―3-month suspension Bottomline: your license might be suspended for 2months since you are under 15-44 points. Make sure to get a lawyer or dont drive for 2months (cos of supension). | ||
