Lunch: Vegetables / Light 1 Cup Rice shud be fine ,Dry fruits, Fruit Juice (no sugar) Dinner : No Rice ( oatmeal, Phulka, fruits ) Non-IT with Moderate Physical Lunch: Non- Veg 2 chicken Piece,Cucumber,Green vegetable ,2-3 Pulkhas 1/2 Cup Rice. Veg- 1 cup Dal / Green vegetable/ 2-3 Pulkhas ,1 Cup Rice ,Fruit Juice (no sugar) Dinner: No Rice ( oatmeal, Phulka fruits,Dry Fruits, Milk) |
