Lwa, Mom has had it for a few years now - knees and ankles and somewhat in the shoulders .. She's managing with walking and some exercise and occasional painkillers - age also restricts her exercise at 75. Anandji.. no idea everybody gets arthritis eventually..it is inevitable...so there will be lot of theories/items/herbs/cinnamons floating around inthakkii evarki vachindi and ye joints | ||

For some time there was a lot of hype around mangosteen juice with the same attributed benefits ? Any connection to this African mango ? Guys, today I was walking in the aisles of the grocery store, found a book extolling the virtues of "African Mango" which will burn the fat, bust the cholesterol, etc etc etc you name it. Now, what is this African Mango? Is it the same as Indian Mango?
