I'd definitely go with SAP. SAP market is good now and it'll remain the same for atleast next 5-7 years. Also SAP installed base is huge among all the ERP vendors. So there will be lot of projects going on. Try to go into a functional role and try to understand the business processes more than just configuring tables. I wouldn't advice a technical role because most of the development is going to be done offshore and you have to be a guru to get a dev job with decent billing. As per the module, pick what module you are interested in. Good thing with SAP is, there is something for everyone's interests because it spans all the business areas from suppliers to end customers. After working for 10 yrs in mainframes/non-mainframes now standing at cross roads... Ippudu PM ga work chestunna in a Indian based IT firm... Oka pakka same kind of projects that I worked so far... Velte pedda fight undadu... Same PM role etc. Inko pakka SAP projects lo openings unnai anta... I have to choose here... Technical side/Functional side or Project Management side...
