Same as Java guy......we will train them on technologies whose billing rates are $85-$95 per hr and we will place them. so candidate ki career growth vuntunadhi....he can learn new technologies....we will get lot of telecommute jobs for our employees.......so even our percentage works for them....70-30 of $75 =$52.5 80-20 of $50=$40 one more advantage of this model is......as our candidates are technically good....we will place them easily and they never will be in bench for more than 1 month Lot of our employees added new direct clients also to us....This model always work | ||
