Matter entante litigation undi. Reltor saying, at the max this litigation will go for 4 to 5 years and then builder will handsup aka bankrupt. But me not sure what happens after to my property?? Another point is, almost 20 owners are not paying their dues and since they need to maintain the funds constant, other owners ki padutundi. It used to be 300pm, not its 370. What do?
