Eb3-eb2 converted case.
New 140 has pd from eb3...so it is properly posted.
Inter filing letter sent along with 140 application.
How soon can I have my lawyer open SR???
Mine is a fortune 100 semiconductor company.
I am current as of nob 1st 2011.
So far nothing heard from uscis.
485 applied back in aug 2007.

Let me know guys...how soon can I open sr???
