Why election commission is not conducting elections as per article 49 by having an option "not voting to anyone" on EVMs for common voters? Is this article applies for JP only? JP is the biggest joker....He made mockery of voting and constitutional process by absconding from voting. I feel ashamed of our MLA Jayaprakash Narayana, who ran away from No Confidence Motion in Assembly. It is proved that JP don't have any guts to vote. JP - You please stop lecturing about Political Reforms and you don't have any rights to comment on the people, who quits voting process. You made the mockery of voting process on Assembly floor. JP lost the moral right to talk on 'Right to Vote' and other election reforms like 'Recall motion' etc...
