2 years and 10 months experience with previous employer 1 year and 4 months experience with current employer total 4 years and 2 months. current employer is applying for a green card. they are okay to state in the ad the position requires masters degree (which i have). legal department says the ad would be for masters + 2 years. they say i cannot state the years i have with the current employer. here is the thing: i am going to have a title change from developer to solution architect in the next one week or so. in that case, will i be able to state masters + 4 years in the ad? the green card ad will be for a solution architect position. |
