My expectation/analysis/+ve thing in this bill is 1. There are not going to request increase more visas. 2. Just distrbution process changes that too thats it. nothing else. So what makes them to put hold. if they say local unemployement etc does not make sense. bcos whoever candidates waiting for GC are already having EAD/I140 state having jobs in hand so issuing GC does not make much diff Driving is my PASSION. @DR: It's not going to be a happy ending story like the way you think....Dems majority is higher than Reps in the house whereas in Senate Republicans majority is higher than Dems.......so far IV and AILA organizations were able to lobby Dems but not Reps......So, don't think too much about the bill. | ||

already in house majority votes got for this so by thinking positive practically also morality wise it may get enough votes at sentate level too as that person who put hold on it did not understand about this.
