if youtube is smart, they should be able to syndicate an ad campaign into this video. Google definitely has not thought of such phenomena. a very simple on-line ad for 5 sec per view with no sound for $0.10 cents a view per country. | ||

Good read. Definitely a marketing opportunity but may be shortlived if adopted en masse. A telling example is how Google users have developed right-rail blindness - people ignore anything in the rightrail of the screen as advertising. i do not have that stupid prejudice, do not recognize it in others when they have it. when you create an advertising message, there is an associated "friction", which is the reason why the campaign appeals or reaches only certain distance. to overcome that friction, they spend a lot of money. here this song just keeps going and going with 0 money spent, which means it has no friction. what is that magic? if you can capture/understand it, you can create million dollar campaigns. so, i just sit back and watch the wonder. | ||
