Walmart. I wanted to buy the same brand as last year, so went to the same place. There are only 3/4 standard brands anyway.

Turkey (around 15lb)
4 packs cranberries
plastic bucket for thawing
15 lb charcoal

unpacked the turkey and put it in the bucket for thawing with warm water, 1 cup salt and 1/4 cup turmeric.

next step tomorrow 10 am. site prep
