You can be rest assured that all the money donated by you reaches the end user as TANA Foundation has near zero overheads. This is good. If you donate in red cross/other biggies, 50% will to expenses for their staff and other stuff. Only 50% will go to real cause. | ||

TANA seems to be doing good work with out cost over heads. All the money will go to needy instead of organizing activities. | ||

Dear XYZ gaaru: TANA Foundation, known for its relentless thirst to help the needy is raising funds for Orphanages and Schools that serve the Orphans and Physically/Mentally Challenged children. An endowment of Rupees One Crore (US$225,000) is being set up to feed 1,000 children for one month every year. Interest generated is expected to be close to Rs.10 Lakhs. This money will be distributed among 10 well deserving Orphanages every year. Some of the orphanages already selected are having their websites as follows: http://www.abhayakshethram. org/ http://www.nice-india.org/ http://www.cssvision.org/ http://childaidfoundation.org/ http://navajeevan.org/ All the above organizations are very well run by their volunteers/founders and need resources to sustain and expand their services to more. We are researching some more organizations to add to the list. The total amount to be raised is split into 1000 units of $225 each. We request you to contribute some of your charity dollars and support us in this noble cause. We would much appreciate if you can consider at least one or more units but any amount of support is good and much appreciated. Target is big and we hope you will consider that when you decide on the number of units of support.
