people dont use it well because they think it is a 'tool'. appreciation and gratitude are not tools, they are in one's nature. either you have it or you don't. if you just do it for the sake of doing it, you will not be able to put up the show for too long. | ||

I really don't understand whether it is intentional or ignorance - some people don't show their gratitude or try to appreciate others. But the tool appreciation works well universally. It worked for me in India both professionally and personally and also in US. | ||

The other thread related to females inspired me to open this thread. I am sure lot of people know the power of appreciation and gratitude. These two powerful tools are not used properly by people to get benefited. I have used the tool of appreciation in my professional career to get things done zillion times. Do you agree? |
