i think the decision to stick with ishan is more personal and team decision personal coz he is more of a rhythm bowler like most indian bowlers he cannot just turn up and bowl at break away speeds...good that he is getting some match practise...the thing that worries me is how good is his ankle without surgery? the other aspect is the team(dhoni and co) understands ishant what fields to set, how he reacts, when to turn to him for a breakthrough etc a parallel example in NFL is when the pats ditched randy moss, a truly great receiver...they bought a veteran deoin branch who knows how to respond to their offensive scheme...at the same time pats rotated and developed their young receivers | ||
