Sensexxxxx:i heard this GPA will expire in 3 months and after that attorney/representative cant buy properitiees on ur name any more. For that it seems there is process of registering it in local registrar office on the stamp paper so that it wont expire.

GPA , registration enduku. We can download the formats from any of the India Bank sites. Get it Notarized , sign it, attach a photo and send it to India. Then The persona whom you are giving GPA will be referred as Attorney and Sign that one and get it registred locally in India I hope this is to buy a property in India as NRI , right |

GPA doc NY consulate lo theesukoni india ku pampincha... have few questions on that. 1. Heard that doc will expire in 3 months and there is procedure to register that GPA in our local registrar office. What is the procedure? 2. Will post the format in the 2nd post. Same format lo GPA theesukunna as some of my friends register properties using the same format doc. But nenu pampinchina document chupishtunte, registar officelo evaru teliyadu antunnaranta. they are giving a differen document which should contain my finger prints and photo along with my representative and buyers finger prints and photos. not sure why they are not aware of the GPA that I have sent. any reasons and remedy? |
