i heard this GPA will expire in 3 months and after that attorney/representative cant buy properitiees on ur name any more. For that it seems there is process of registering it in local registrar office on the stamp paper so that it wont expire.

GPA , meeda photo anticha, Sign Chesa, Notary cheyincha, Self Sign chesa. Ippudu , other docs to paatu DAD ki pamputunna. I think he will do a GPA registration in the local egistrar office. We are on the same page

GPA document ITSELF has to be registered in the local registrar office so that GPA doc wont expire....if you are referring the same what sis the complete procedure? konchem detailed steps cheppandi....

Then The persona whom you are giving GPA will be referred as Attorney and Sign that one and get it registred locally in India

Be it known to all that I, _______________________________________________, son of ___________________________________________, being an Indian Passport holder bearing no. _______________, permanent resident of INDIA, presently residing at ________________________________________________________, do hereby appoint and constitute my father-in-law, _____________________________________________ ____________________________________________, son of ____________________, as my lawful legal attorney and authorize him to do the following mentioned acts, deeds and things for and on my behalf and in my name:

a. To purchase any property on my name and on my behalf whether commercial, residential or agricultural at any place throughout India on the terms as my Attorney may deem fit and proper and to take possession of the same on my behalf.

b. To apply for a loan/s under the various schemes of Any Financial Institution and also any further or additional loan/s to any Financial Institution for such amount as the Attorney may deem fit and for that purpose to pay the processing fees and sign the loan application/s in my name and on my behalf and to furnish all the details and information required by any Financial Institution and to give any statement, letter, clarification or any other writing required or necessary for availing of the said loan/s from Any Financial Institution and from time to time to follow up the said loan application/s and do such other things and deeds as may be necessary in relation thereto.

c. To accept the loan offer letter/s and sign the acceptance/s thereof in token of my acceptance of the terms and conditions therein contained and to pay on my behalf the administrative fees and any other charges including commitment charges leviable in respect of the said loan/s.

d. To request Any Financial Institution or agree with Any Financial Institution for any or modification in the loan amount/s, rate/s interest, period of repayment of loan/s or any other terms and conditions in relation to the loan/s at any time or from time to time.

e. To get water, sewer, telephone and electricity connection and other services in the said property and for this purpose to do all acts, deeds and things which are necessary for the same.
g. To file/defend any suit in any court of law in any matter concerning the said property or any matter incidental thereto and for the purpose to appoint any Advocate and to make any statement, application, affidavit, undertaking, etc and to look after my property well and save it from illegal encroachments and occupants.

h. To receive, accept any consideration whether in cash, bank draft or cheque or in any other form whatsoever and to give the receipt thereof and to negotiate, endorse, accept, or otherwise assign my promissory note, cheque, bill of exchange, draft or any other negotiable instrument for the purpose of collection or realization of the money in respect of such instrument.

i. To execute proper deed of conveyance or any deed incidental thereto, in respect of the said property in favor of the intended seller or purchaser and to submit the same for registration in the office of the proper registering authority and to admit the execution thereof, make payment or receive the sale consideration and to deliver and take possession, actual or constructive, as the case may be, in such manner as may be feasible to the transferee.

j. To do all or any of the above acts, deeds or things which in the opinion of the attorney to be done, executed or performed in respect of the said property or in any matter incidental thereto.

k. That this Power of Attorney is revocable and can be revoked at any time.

And I the executant do hereby agree to confirm and ratify all and every lawful act or thing done by the said attorney by virtue of the powers hereby conferred. I accepted the power of attorney.

GPA doc NY consulate lo theesukoni india ku pampincha...

have few questions on that.

1. Heard that doc will expire in 3 months and there is procedure to register that GPA in our local registrar office. What is the procedure?

2. Will post the format in the 2nd post. Same format lo GPA theesukunna as some of my friends register properties using the same format doc. But nenu pampinchina document chupishtunte, registar officelo evaru teliyadu antunnaranta. they are giving a differen document which should contain my finger prints and photo along with my representative and buyers finger prints and photos. not sure why they are not aware of the GPA that I have sent. any reasons and remedy?
