T Minister resign sesthe  జైపాల్ నిజంగానే రాజీనామా చేస్తారా! తెలంగాణపై కాంగ్రెస్ హై కమాండ్ కనుక రెండో ఎస్.ఆర్.సికే కట్టుబడితే కేంద్ర మంత్రి జైపాల్ రెడ్డితో సహా తామంతా రాజీనామా చేస్తామని నల్లగొండ ఎమ్.పి గుత్తా సుఖేందర్ రెడ్డి చెప్పారు. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికార ప్రతినిధి,కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రషీద్ అల్వి, దిగ్విజయ సింగ్ లు ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ కు సంబందించినంతవరకు మాత్రమే మాట్లాడారని భావిస్తున్నామని, గులాం నబీ అజాద్ కూడా దీని గురించి మాట్లాడితే అప్పుడు తాము తదనంతర చర్యకు దిగుతామని సుఖేందర్ రెడ్డి చెప్పారు. విశేషం ఏమిటంటే తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్.పిలు తాము గులాం నబీ అజాద్ ను పట్టించుకోమని, సోనియాగాంధీ చెబితేనే వింటామని మంగళవారంనాడు వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. అయితే అది కోమటిరెడ్డి దీక్షకు సంబందించిన విషయం లో కావచ్చు. కాని ఇప్పుడు మళ్లీ అజాద్ ప్రస్తావనను వారు తెస్తున్నారు. గతంలో పలుమార్లు అజాద్ తెలంగాణకు వ్యతిరేకంగా వ్యాఖ్యలు చేయడం, దానిపై వీరు నిరసన తెలపడం, ఆ తర్వాత ఆయన కాస్త తగ్గినట్లు మాట్లాడడం వంటివి జరిగాయి. అయినప్పట్టికీ కాంగ్రెస్ తెలంగాణ నేతలు ఇంకా నిజంగానే తెలంగాణపై తాము అనుకున్నట్లే జరుగుతుందని అనుకుంటున్నారా? లేక జనం కోసం మాట్లాడుతున్నారా అన్నది తెలియదు. రెండో ఎస్.ఆర్.సి తమ విధానమని చెబితే నిజంగానే కేంద్ర మంత్రి జైపాల్ రెడ్డి రాజీనామా చేస్తారా? ఇప్పటికి పలుమార్లు తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమ నేతలు డిమాండ్ చేసినప్పట్టికీ ఆయన అందుకు అంగీకరించలేదు. మరి గుత్తా ఏ ధీమాతో ఈ మాట అన్నారో తెలియదు. ఇప్పుడున్న పరిస్థితిలో జైపాల్ రెడ్డి రాజీనామా అనుమానమే. నిజంగానే రాజీనామా చేస్తే మాత్రం తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం కొత్త మలుపు తిరుగుతుందని చెప్పక తప్పదు | ||

According to Indian Institution Telangana Pakka .... LETS LOOK INTO Indian Constitution 371 D/371 E 163 1 163.
