kewl, even though Audi has transformed itself still it doesnt match up to Benz or beamer

i drove Q7 for while, i wasnt comfortable with its handling.

my top picks are below( based on my owning, leasing only)

1) Porsche-kick ass performance but expensive to maintain
2) benz- awesome for the value, i own this car for 11yrs and still runs crazy
3) beamer- loved the sports handling, thinking of leasing X6M
4) audi( only q7)
5) lexus

>>>My issue is with the Asian mentality that somehow assumes American cars are inferior than all the above.....

Anna,

Chaala mandi americans kooda ilagey think settaaru, not just asians, it is just a reflection of american car manufacturers built for themselves. major publications lo Car reviews meeru follow aithey, review lo american car manufacturers ni d'lu ette tollanta crazy asians aa? Things are slowly changing now for US manufacturers also cause they are again giving quality a priority. Ford is the best example. Lots of consumers (including asians) these days are buying fords. What do you say about that? Consumers just go for biggest bang for their buck, anta maatrana consumers c'ya gaallu antey etta?

i agree with that misconception that asians do feel american cars are cheap and less in quality...

UK lo kooda same....but its slowly changing....both US and other european models like French Renault, citroen and UK's Vauxhall.....have caught up lately in my view....they improved and they are proving to be a good cars for particular segment.....

I drove a german before.....didnt go well.....although its VW....

now drive a Jap....and satisfied....mostly because of the reliability....

when i rent US and other models....im usually very happy.....and always thought....too much negativity is present for those manufacturers.....

didnt make that step and bought one....but i would consider one in future....

BTW....A7 looks great....
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.

i thought u only like american and hate other brands

Sorry thammi...if that is the impression you got based on my previous postings...

I am not against German or Japanese or Korean manufacturers....

My issue is with the Asian mentality that somehow assumes American cars are inferior than all the above.....All they know is hearsay and not one practical experience....I have driven American cars/Japanese/German cars....I know the cost to run an American car is the cheapest....yes American cars were worst in 80s especially....but not anymore...
