Need to copy some files from another VM ware folder on my External Hard drive..

The issue is, ,my lappy is an XP machine..

someone loaded a bunch of applications on XP VMWare..I believe targetting users who do not have XP..

As I already have XP..i just need the Application files ..minus the OS related ..is it possible to extract that ?
