I went through this situation.... from X company I need to join HCL.... but X company denied my 1 week notice and didn't relieve me properly, they didn't exp/relieving letter.... then HCL asked me to show Resignation Letter copy.. India lo single side bonds are not valid.... all these 3 yr bonds are one side... HCL or any other company doesn't give u guarantee that they will keep u for 3 yrs.... Thanks Akira, It is useful. But when we join a new company after breaching contract with hcl, almost all companies will ask for experience letter, right? how do we handle that situation? | ||

I worked for HCL before...ilaantivi campus recruits ki pettey vallu.. kurrollu light ga teesukune vaaru... black mark antey... malla HCL ki vasthey no consideration... HR reference to other companies bad etc.... but is they really matter? nenu oka manchi kurradini | ||

Friends, My relative had recently joined HCL in Chennai. Fresh out of college. Just finished her training at HCL and they are asking her to sign their usual employment contract. It is a 3 year contract. A breach of contract entails a 50K rs payment to HCL and puts a black mark/stamp on her candidature. The amount is fine but does anyone know what does the black mark mean? Is this really valid? How is serious is this? Do other companies look at this while employing her in future? |
