Applied perm in eb2 in nov 2010, got it approved in last week of dec 2010. Applied 140 in April 2011, got it approved in aug 2011 with the priority date of eb3. The whole process took 9 months. Before they applied perm, the job advertisement and all took 4 months I guess. The whole process from the day they started the process took about 13 months. I hope this helps. | ||

GC gurus... I am current as of Nov1st with PD July 19th 2007. Mine is a eb3-eb2 porting case. My new I-140 in eb2 has pd of eb3: july19th 2007. So, I guess it is properly ported. What do I do now?? Do I just wait or take any action?? |
