check if Employer 1 satisfied all the needs as per his agreement. if not, you can take advantage if your plan backfires. if yes, then talk to him compromise

some of my friends violated thes kind of agrremtns....few of those eemployers tried to threaten them for few days... but nothing happened....at the worst u may get few notices from that employer....which u can ignore
