Driving car with family. Lot of rain, car lost control at 60 miles per hour. Car hit divider on the freeway. Car totalled. Now, friend in passenger seat. His air bag launched but caught fire and exploded. Car full of smoke. Zero injuries. No mental traumas. But Honda airbag was supposed to save people by launching properly but did not. I paid money for airbag and bought safety. Do I have a case against Honda? |
