If he agrees to pay my current and future medical expenses for this problem, I am willing to let go of the pain factor (if it heals). If it turns out to be a permanent problem, I have no other option but sue them. You should get compensated atleast for the pain, TB test should not be that painful, it was very mild to me I believe you should contact a lawyer if the pain is still there, if it not reduced by monday morining, I will suggest you to get proper medical care and also sue the nurse | ||

Rasp, Yes you have a case and you can should sue them. According to your story it clearly shows the nurse negligence. This case is a case of Medical Malpractice. You can contact a good attorney and explain them the case they will take it from there. Once the case is settled you will get all the expenses including the medical expenses you paid. Be careful while talking to attorneys generally they ask for 33% share of the settlement amount. You can bargain reg the percentage. Doctors and Nurses will have there own insurance company and insurance company will pay you.Let me know if you need more info. | ||

while typing, it is not that bad, worst case - just tingling at my wrist. It hurts a lot if I fold my hand (as in bringing it close to my mouth), and when I stretch it (arm movement while walking, stretching in bed when I wake up etc). An idea is like a Virus. | ||
