Jupiter:i dont believe on this any more ... if u do regularly the stepper .. get in to a daily routine for 3 months .. and after that adjust the resistance on the stepper .. it gives a wonderful exercise to overall body ... after doing it religiously for 6 months .. u can just do weights if u want 2 days a week is also FINE ... i am saying this confidantly with feedback i got from others ...

Tifosi:.but as some one else said unless you do weight training your cardio routines body stress will taper off as you get used to it....bottom line...get ur butt to the gym every day if only to take in the sights
i dont believe on this any more ... if u do regularly the stepper .. get in to a daily routine for 3 months .. and after that adjust the resistance on the stepper .. it gives a wonderful exercise to overall body ... after doing it religiously for 6 months .. u can just do weights if u want 2 days a week is also FINE ... i am saying this confidantly with feedback i got from others ... |

the key is to do a variety of workouts so that your body does not get used to the routine running/jogging puts a great deal of stress or your lower body you got to make your lower body stronger.. if you cant get to a gym , do a lot of squats, lunges, glute raises etc at home I spend only 50% of my cardio on treadmill ...but had to work towards what I am able to now |

pinla kai konchem peddayyaka ... gym ki adhi vellatam kudaratledu .. wait gain chestunde ... oo 3 months .. apt complex lo unna gym ki vella ... public darunam ga vadutunnaru ... so other equipment vadilesi thread mill try chesa .. 3 months ... roju oka 1 hour spend chesthe ... regular ga vellatam kadarledu .. joins argipotayemo annatha legs pain vachevi oko roju ... oko roju too much weak ga anipinchetidhi .. paiga legs ke ekkuva exercise ayedhi ... next discontinue chesi ... oka stepper konna .. decathlon sports shop lo ... manchi quality dhi .... last 3 months .. regular ... week 6 days .. sunday off .. no joint pains ... no muscle pains ... 1 hour + 500 calories daily .. half an hour relax ayaka .. office ki velthe .. all fresh ... no weak feeling in the day ... 3 months ... oka 5 kgs daka taggatame kakunda .. body overall ga kuda tune ayindi ... very nice feeling ... paiga equipment kuda just balcony lo nice ga set ayindi .. roju 2 movie set songs pettukunte entertainment + exercise ... evaranna gym ki ellaleni vallu .. koni intlo set cheskondi .. 3-4 months regular chesthe .. u will enjoy the expr ... |
