free weights, pulley/lever ...anything resistance and from are important
if you do not maintain proper form , you can get injured using lever/ pulley too
free weights...starting with minimum grocery bag weights ...are the best way to learn and get used to the form

for e.g take squats
you got to know about pushing with heels, maintaining str8 back , not locking knees, sitting backwards while bending knees...this is form ...do it correctly u wont get injured
compare this with doing a leg press/squat using lever str8 up......all dat it says is set weight, rest back against pad...press
u got to knw the mechanics...it is ur body...ala anamaata


@rowdy 180 is too high
max shud be around 160-164
dat too max is for 5-6 mins in 20 mins span...rest is zone 3/4...130-40 range to burn fat

Does it matter in which order you do thread mill and Elleptical? I go for thread mill first followed by elleptical.

start with controlling one of them...either continue diet and work out hard or start with smart diest and increase your stamina.....fitness is the key ...you should be active for 16 hrs in a day

regular gym steeper eleptical or walking or running which ever is easier start cheyi...tryto spend at least 45 mins -1 hr on these consistently....to reduce weight and be fit key factor is to increase meabolism....green tea, lots of salad and vegetables ila tintu vellali starting lo ...this would help increase metabolism in ur body resulting in burning fat quicker....

i dont believe on this any more ... if u do regularly the stepper .. get in to a daily routine for 3 months .. and after that adjust the resistance on the stepper .. it gives a wonderful exercise to overall body ... after doing it religiously for 6 months .. u can just do weights if u want 2 days a week is also FINE ... i am saying this confidantly with feedback i got from others ...



cardio okkate saripodu.......humpty cheppinattu pushups, planks, squats, lunges cheyyaali for core and a stable lower back...all can be done at home.......kontha strength improve ayinaaka veetillo weights seyyochu......oka roju gap ivvaali ivi chesinaaka....

muscle confusion is key...tread mills are bad on your knees...cardio ki elliptical best...but as some one else said unless you do weight training your cardio routines body stress will taper off as you get used to it....bottom line...get ur butt to the gym every day if only to take in the sights

the key is to do a variety of workouts so that your body does not get used to the routine

running/jogging puts a great deal of stress or your lower body
you got to make your lower body stronger.. if you cant get to a gym , do a lot of squats, lunges, glute raises etc at home
I spend only 50% of my cardio on treadmill ...but had to work towards what I am able to now

oo 3 months .. apt complex lo unna gym ki vella ... public darunam ga vadutunnaru ... so other equipment vadilesi thread mill try chesa .. 3 months ... roju oka 1 hour spend chesthe ... regular ga vellatam kadarledu .. joins argipotayemo annatha legs pain vachevi oko roju ... oko roju too much weak ga anipinchetidhi .. paiga legs ke ekkuva exercise ayedhi ...

next discontinue chesi ... oka stepper konna .. decathlon sports shop lo ... manchi quality dhi .... last 3 months .. regular ... week 6 days .. sunday off .. no joint pains ... no muscle pains ... 1 hour + 500 calories daily .. half an hour relax ayaka .. office ki velthe .. all fresh ... no weak feeling in the day ... 3 months ... oka 5 kgs daka taggatame kakunda .. body overall ga kuda tune ayindi ... very nice feeling ... paiga equipment kuda just balcony lo nice ga set ayindi .. roju 2 movie set songs pettukunte entertainment + exercise ...
