You have point here. If you look at the 485 inventory, on an average they receive 1500 applications per month. After 2007 jul [when they made current], no applicants from india for EB2. Which says, even though there are 20K labor applications approved [per your data], nobody applied for 485. Why?? So, labor approvals doesnt accurately reflect to predict the movement. Infact USCIS expects 20K 485 applications each year but since mid of 2007 they hardly get 100 per month. Not sure when the vertical spillover [EB1, EB5], horizontal spillover [other countries ununsed numbers] started. But since then the movement is very rapid. This is stitly my observation. I dont go to any immi sites. In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  | ||

Deenemma.. Nest bulletin ki 1year move avutundi.. entha lekunnaa 6months anna move avvaali.. India E2 category has only 1150 applicants in pending by Nov 2011 cutoff date, implying 1150 unnar queue lo. Usually uscis expects ~20K in queue and then move the dates accordingly. But since they are not getting that good number of applications, they will move the date ~6months ani anukuntunnaa. In Feb, i thin the inventory said 22K cumulative until Jan, 2008. In sep it went down to 4,800. Now it is 1150. Implying 22000 - 4800 = Approvals this year. SOOOOOOOOOper annattu. I will be surprised if nest bulletin date doesnt move by atleast 6months.
