did you watch the video i posted. first half is on the discussion in house of lords by macaulay. the official transcript is available via several sources. it is the exact opposite of what rajiv dixit says. what is the name of the dam in AP that is talking about at 60:07 ? well 2 things here .. 1) I guess, you are assuming Rajiv Dixit to entirely base his arguement of a superior Indian education system in history, from a speech by Macaulay in the house. If that is what you are thinking as well, I am afraid thats wrong. Rajiv Dixit started the video stating how Gandhi in 1931 Round Table Conference "claimed" educational superiority of India prior to English arriving here. And I believe, it cannot be fiction without a certain % of facts involved. Further along the video, there are other instances which Rajiv quotes to establish his "beliefs". 2) I assume, you do not really believe in the education/intellectual capacities of a person who said this ..
