As much as I loathe CBN for his recent timid behaviour which actually underscores the point raised by pulp that YSR was the better leader in terms of knowing the pulse of the people, he was probably the best CM. His big disadvantage was that he was not charismatic nor was he a good speaker but after a term he did raise in stature because of his administration.YSR did please more people but it was not a sustainable model ( reckless doleouts to public, rampant corruption in government function and contracts ). Sometimes,it is not best to give people what they want because they might not know what is best for them .And then the unprecedented corruption. That is where a responsible Socio-Economic forward thinker & able administrator like CBN was required and beneficial but CBN's political mistake was alienating the government employees and the farmers. It was short sighted of him to blindly follow mckinsey's recommendations where they asked to abandon farming and go for developing the service sector. | ||

Then Y didnt Bhopal,Jaipur, Ahmedabad, pune(not now) , Indore, Baroda, etc...didnt become major IT hubs...Even these cities had abundant Human resources... CBN was a gud salesman...He is an expert in attracting corporates, Media etc...Central govt also gave lot of funds..His admin skills are good...He was the fist to jump on the IT bandwagon...chennai is a very big city compared to HYD...yet it developed more IT only after HYD ...Hitech city is the start of IT explosion in HYD/AP....I dont like NTR also....but cant argue on that as I was too small at his time...dont think abt how CBN came to power etc while arguing abt how he developed and the good he did for AP.. YSR emi chesadu AP ki...State exchequer ni motham kudipadu.....entha tinnaru basu veellu....and didn do anything...whole system ni f@ck chesaru...every project announced by YSR has turned out to be bogus....fab city, VW,brahmani etc...and JALA YAGNAM...this is actually Denkudu YAgnam by YSR...
