I got couple of questions: 1. EB3 to Eb2 porting. Say date is current. Do these folks need to wait until their 140 is approved to use the porting OR can they use during the filing of 140 [infact if it is a concurrent filing of 140/485, can they still use the priority date of EB3] 2.
