does not work in India ,, people are ready to spend money on cell phone but not on a restroom , I read somewhere there is only one toilet for 16 people but 20 cellphones people think phone need is more | ||

with no water, toilets are not clean ,,, what should I do when there is no restroom , I cannot hold it for ever and I cannot use any soiled restroom | ||
