No..just google your state's registration process. It should be very simple, it will take you 15 minutes to fill forms. Before you fill State forms, I believe you have to get federal tax id, that is just one form, look it up on IRS website. | ||

do it online dude, why do you need CPA or Attorney its very easy and cheap, google and you will find all the info you just fill 2 pages and submit the form with fee to your state corporations you are done | ||
