btw, spend not 4 cr. 40 cr. Don't tell any body!! That's what I am saying!!! Spending does not hurt anybody, but if ellayya pullayya knows that you spent 4 cr, they will outspend you next month, and the following month someone outspends them. hypothetically, this is clearly a damaging trend.. | ||

may be I am wrong. someone will not sit there under a tree and disburse 4 cr to thousands of people working day and night. this is what you are thinking. but practically, this is how it works. they give 4 cr contract to a event mgmt co. they will spend may be 1/2 cr on employment, 1/2 cr on consumables, and 3 cr profit goes into a bank. | ||
