good job ndtv .great job Harish Hande. he lived 18 years in rural area to stay in touch with the poor. phone battery charge cheyadaniki shops ki pay chestaru anta k'taka villages lo. small solar panel costs 8000 antunnaadu. they might become cheaper with mass production. 3 hours per day basic electricity. which is better than free power because they can choose when to use that 3 hours. if they can get a bank loan for that amount they can pay it off in 5 years with the same amount in 5 years. the good thing about what he is doing it is he is doing it as an enterprise which is sustainable without loss to anyone as opposed to a subsidized govt scheme. same reason govt is still developing that laptop for children for 6 years while cheaper laptops are available on ebay http://kammaidols.blogspot.com/ | ||
