india rocks registration document does not guarantee your ownership.. its the khatha that gives you full ownership.. i bought from a layout near bagalur (tamilnadu registration) agri gold vaalla vendture.. around 300 software employees like us bought it too.. some did not receive khatha even after two years of registration .. go for BDA property.. make sure you hire a lawyer and get all the details ... BDA assures your property's safety even if someone occupies it... its not owning the land thats real concern but safe guarding it is the real thing | ||
