Chippa Koodu Phase is over now.. Mining baron and former Karnatata minister Gali Janardhan Reddy, who earlier opposed the CBI custody tooth and nail in connection with the illegal mining scam, is happy to be in the CBI custody at least for one reason. The CBI authorities, who have been interrogating Janardhan Reddy and his brother-in-law Srinivasa Redy at Dilkusha guest house, have provided them accommodation within the guest house. Not only that, they are allowing them to get food of their choice from any hotel, of course, under supervision of the CBI cops. So, on Monday night and Tuesday afternoon, Janardhan Reddy and his associate reportedly ordered for Hyderabad biryani, butter naan, butter chicken and sambaar. When they were in jail, they had to be put up with half-cooked kitchdi, dal and pickle. And they had to stand in queue for that. Now, they are at least enjoying good food and good accommodation; but of course, they are subject to intense grilling by the CBI officials. | ||
