I don't know how Rates have increased so much from 2008 till now...

year 2000 nundi 2007 varaku 2 lakhs per acre cheppina lands.. 2008 lo 5, 2009 lo 6, 2010 lo 7, 2011 lo 8 lakhs cheputhunnaru...


ivi kooda machilipatnam ki 12 kms lo village ki 1km... dooram not any main road etc.. residential conversion ki no scope for another 50 years...

yield choosthey per acre 30 to 40 basthala vari.... 25 to 30 k per acre..
