minimum 20 points acrue ayyi vunte chalu, surviving spouse is eligible for benefits if he/she is not working. he/she will get approximately 2k or so and each kid under 18 will also get 1800 or so... again this all depends on how much his/her paycheck and contribution to the SSA.. every year b'day time ki ssa nunch mail vasthadhi that will have all the details

Definitely the guy had worked around 6-7 years so will have more than 20 pts.

But my question is will the girl aged at 28 years be eligible for SSA benefits

Also one more question.

This guy filed 485 around 3 years back and now they are on EAD/Advanced Parole.

What will happen to the derrivative petition of her?

What are the social security benefits? How much does the surviving spouse (with no kids) get when husband dies.

Husband age when he died is 33 and wife around 28?

Will she be eligible for any Social Security benefits?
