Chitti, Non-compete clause applies IF it is the same END CLIENT. If you can make sure that your current vendor doesn't know that you are still working at the same client after leaving him, then there is NO PROBLEM. But if your current vendor knows that you are continuting, you are in trouble IF he pursues the non-compete clause. | ||

neeku ichina contract lo non compete undi emo chusuko. neeku existing vendor tho good terms unte you can convince him saying ee team lo project yipoyindi so i have to work through other vendor in other team ani cheppu in case if he come after you. if you know the rate and if you are paying for your own H1 then give him $5/hr with out any benefits,remember he has to pay 7 to 9% employer tax,so if he is paying that also $10/hr for him is good.. check your agreement..otherwise you are good. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

Non-competency agreement b/w ur current employer and vendor states that u cannot work for the same client for x (6 or 12 or 24) months after end of ur contract. Also, client and vendor have some understanding where client HR will not encourage such moves like changing vendors. This varies from client to client. Some clients are flexible are some are not. | ||
