If he is completing 6 years of stay, he cannot move to another visa. He can come back after an year outside US. The easiest way is to work for the same company in Canada or other country... | ||

My cousin's h1 is expiring and he can't get ext because he filed labor last month due to some issue and it is still pending... His employer is suggesting to convert to F1 and get CPT to work legally... till he gets labor and 140 cleared Is it advisable? nyc lo edo institute lo CPT isthaaru anta from 1st month but you need to attend classes twice a week... i have no idea about F1, OPT or CPT..so please advise.
