He must have no intrest in his present duties. give him some duty which hes intrested, perhaps doing some DASHBOARD reporting kind of work which is dynamic and let him be the Communicator for all these to others. that way he will feel responsible and satisfied, becoz he is serving something to others which others have no-privilige on that area(works) etc kRUshITHO nAsthee dURbhikSHAM!! Here is the scenario: An employee X has been working in the Fortune 100 company since 16 years and he doesn't want to learn or do any kind of work. He is rather a pain in the butt for almost all the employees,who worked with him.All he does is B.S and lies, that's how he got lucky for 16 years. Although management is aware of this, they don't want to take any action because such a decision would upset other employees. Would you fire such a person if you were his P.M? |
