Its not only The %5 I need to factor..I am talking about the other tax write down on the overall billing.. probably I will run payroll for myself for less and should be able to take deductions on S corp thus reducing my tax liability. I am not trying to evade tax but use the tax benefits.. I dont need Insurance as we get it through my wife. Nenu cheyyatledu cos taxes ekkuva kattali on S Corp and more number of hours to be spent on taxation, accounts etc. Manual labor chaala ekkuva. Not worth for $5/hr. Instead I look for higher pay projects more than $20/hr than the current one. | ||

S Corp ga chestha, you pay more taxes. Inc ga chesthe you pay lesser taxes. LLC chesthe taxes are higher again. It all depends on how your company is registered. | ||
