tell him the situation that you got better offer and also you need money.say you need to pay huge debt on loans. he can understand you.. either he might give options that he will pay similar rate or he may agree you to go with offer. Buy him some gift and everything will settle. when there is scope to earn money in a good way then do not loose that opportunity. | ||

I used to work with one of the manager in my old company who recruited me during that time. He left that company last year and joined in another Company. As we maintain good relation, he pulled me into this new company, 3 months back with reasonable increase in pay (not to a satisfaction level). There is no problem in this company as im working under good known manager and learning new technologies. Ippud naaku oka consulting opporutnity vachindhi for one year which may extend to 2 years with good daily rate. ilanti situation lo.. Ippudu jump chesthey, feel avuthada? relationship damage avuthundhemo ani vundhi. Heart says to go for consulting as it is very good opportunity with good pay, but relationship damage avuthundhemo ani doubt ga vundhi... If you are in my shoes, which one you prefer.. stick to company or go for consulting? |
