I gave up pizza. Yearly 1 or 2 times thintaa. Gave up coke, pepsi etc sodas. Heavy breakfast, desi lunch, protein bars from lunch till evening and 2 rotis for dinner (at least 3hrs before sleep)+Gym. Life has been good. |

Happy Friday to All! Summer is going to end in a few weeks...so enjoy your weekends iyaalti topic Food cravings and shutting the door on them naa item - butter...not any butter but lurpak brand long long ago baa tinaywaadnee...sometimes 1-2 two spoons utti butter but ippudu complete gaa manaysaa for last few yrs whole foods lo packet susinappudu alla...manassu lagesthaadi cardio baa chesina rojuna anipisthaadhee...fck it...I am gonna have some with fluffy bread ani...but malla aagipothaa mee items emaina untay pettandi not stuff like hyd lo lenu haleem miss awuthunna...maa vollo lenu kadha pidatha kinda pappu miss awuthunna etc etc |
