download the process explorer... http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653 search the file name... check which process is locking the file... force close the process... then delete the file... if still not possible... let us know! | ||

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ Φ±Φ▌Ç╩. file of size 1388064 Kb is existing I cannot delete it I have AVG/Lavasoft but no use ??? Is it a VIRUS , ALL i did is install ie 8 beta i rarely use it,Now my PC does not show any symptoms yet }???  |
