then attorney needs to request duplicate h1 forms.. here's what i find in forums: My friend's approval notice was also lost in the mail - the company attorney contacted the INS and requested duplicate notice which came within a week. I don't think the attorney filed any forms. | ||

Once if he can get a copy of wipro H1, provided wipro hasnt cancelled the H1, he can apply for transfer staying in India. Once the transfer approval, he must get the h1b visa stamp. In this db, there's always someone watching you!! | ||
